Celebrating the Season
We're thrilled to invite you to experience the return of the Chelsea Barracks Winter Fair gracing Belgravia for its third festive season. Join us on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November, from 11am to 6pm, for a joyful celebration of the season set against the beautiful backdrop of Chelsea Barracks.
In partnership with House & Garden, our free and open to all event is perfect for gift shopping and, with an array of indulgent food and jolly carol singers, is a draw for all ages.
Twinkling fairy-lit trees in the garden squares of Chelsea Barracks signal a winter wonderland, which features a grotto where excited children can meet Father Christmas.

Children will have the chance to enjoy a special visit from Father Christmas, and warm up with a delicious hot chocolate, while visitors of all ages soak up the magical atmosphere as they wander the fair and enjoy live choir performances, filling Chelsea Barracks with music and cheer.

It’s wonderful to see this event becoming a new tradition within the community. This year, we’re building on that momentum with even more festive activities, artisanal market stalls and family-friendly entertainment. The Winter Fair is a true celebration of the season, and we look forward to welcoming both neighbours and visitors to share in the magic once again.
Discover The Artisans' Market
At its heart is the Winter Artisans’ Market, curated in collaboration with House & Garden. The 2026 edition will be our most expansive yet, welcoming more than 30 independent designers, artists and makers, with ten additional exhibitors joining our line-up compared with last year.
This year’s selection brings together an eclectic mix of established names and emerging creative talent, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, originality and considered design. Shoppers can discover handcrafted ceramics from Langtons Pottery and Jess Ellis Ceramics, decorative pieces and homeware from Notswolds, Hall & Wall and Ley Lines, luxurious cashmere from Eldon London, alongside a selection of further unique finds from independent vendors.
