This Site provides prospective purchasers and purchasers with information in respect of the Development.

Whilst we use reasonable efforts to include accurate information on the Site, we give no warranties nor make any representations as to the accuracy of any information given on the Site and all such warranties (whether implied or otherwise) are excluded to the extent permitted by law. We exclude all liability for any errors in or omissions from the content of the Site to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In particular, we draw your attention to the following disclaimers:

For purchasers who enter into a contract to buy a property at the Development, you will be provided access to the ‘My Chelsea Barracks’ site (the “Residents’ Site”). Please note that use of the Residents’ Site is subject to a separate set of terms of use, privacy policy and cookie policy. You should refer to your purchase contract for specific details regarding your property.

The Site may include links to third party websites. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our Site, we encourage you to read the terms and privacy policy of every website you visit.

You will only be provided access to the restricted areas of the Site requiring authentication (the “Restricted Areas”) if you or somebody acting on your behalf has previously entered into a confidentiality agreement with us. We remind you that access to the Restricted Areas is provided exclusively to prospective purchasers, purchasers and their representatives; the Restricted Areas are not accessible to the general public. The contents of the Restricted Areas remain confidential between us, you and your representatives and subject to the terms of the confidentiality agreement. You are not permitted to distribute the contents of the Restricted Areas or any access credentials to any third parties, whether by way of publishing, printing or any other means.


We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this Policy or your use of the Site is limited to £100. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits.

This Policy (including its subject matter and formation) is governed by the law of England & Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
